A. Getting Started

Gloziia is a salon & spa marketplace by Aranax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. that lets you discover salons, compare services, book appointments, and pay securely.

Yes. Create an account with your mobile number/email to book, reschedule, track orders, and access support.

Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the App. Use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Yes. Enter the guest's name and contact details during checkout (ensure you have their permission).

B. Searching & Booking

Use search and filters (location, price, ratings, services). Turn on location for nearby results, or enter an area/pincode manually.

Pick a service → choose date/time & staff (if available) → review price & policies → confirm and pay (if prepayment is required).

Yes. Add services to the same cart. The app will show combined duration and pricing before you pay.

It's either fully booked or outside partner hours. Try a different time, staff member, or date.

Partners aim to start on time; minor delays can happen. If delayed, you'll be notified in-app where possible.

C. Pricing, Offers & Wallet

Prices are set by each salon partner and can vary by location, stylist, date/time, add-ons, and offers. Taxes/fees are shown at checkout (if not already included).

Enter a valid code at checkout. Some offers are mutually exclusive; the best applicable discount may apply automatically. Min spend, caps, user eligibility, and validity rules apply.

Eligible refunds or promos may appear as wallet credits. They are not bank money, don't earn interest, and usually aren't cash-redeemable unless required by law. Expiry (if any) is shown in-app.

D. Payments & Invoices

Cards, UPI, wallets, and net-banking via our payment partners. We don't store full card numbers or CVV.

Either the salon partner or Aranax (as payment facilitator), depending on the arrangement. Download from Orders/Bookings → Invoice.

Where applicable, GST is added or included and reflected on your invoice.

E. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancel ≥ 1 hour before start time: 100% refund or free reschedule. Cancel < 1 hour: up to 10% cancellation fee may apply. Specific rules shown at checkout take precedence (e.g., bridal, packages).

Yes—once per booking, requested before the start time and subject to slot availability.

Arriving after the grace period or not arriving at all. No refunds for no-shows.

Choose full refund or reschedule. We'll help rebook or suggest alternatives.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment source (or Wallet if you choose) typically within 5–7 business days. Bank/card network times may vary. You'll get an SMS/email on initiation.

F. At the Salon

Add-ons or changes depend on partner availability and may alter price/duration. Ask the partner; you'll see updated billing where applicable.

Partners may shorten service or mark as no-show after the grace period. Check your booking details for the grace window.

Please inform the salon before service. Gloziia doesn't provide medical advice; consult a professional if unsure.

Partners are responsible for hygiene and compliance. If you face issues on-site, raise it with the manager and contact Gloziia Support with photos/details.

G. Ratings, Reviews & Photos

They help other users choose and help partners improve. Reviews must be genuine and respectful. We may moderate for policy violations.

If you explicitly submit content for promotions/testimonials, you grant us a license to use it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw for future use by contacting us (past published materials may remain).

H. Account & Privacy

Go to Profile → Account and follow verification steps. If locked out, contact Support.

Request deletion via Profile → Privacy or email gloziia@aranaxweb.com.
