Refund Policy
How cancellations, no-shows, reschedules, and approved refunds are handled on Gloziia.

We want every booking on Gloziia to feel effortless. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are handled so that outcomes are fair for both customers and salon partners.
1) Appointments: Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
1.1 Customer-initiated cancellations
- Cancel ≥ 1 hour before the scheduled start time: 100% refund or free reschedule (your choice).
- Cancel < 1 hour before the scheduled start time: a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booking value may apply (as shown at checkout). Any remaining prepaid amount will be refunded.
1.2 Rescheduling & no-shows
- Each booking allows one free reschedule, provided you request it before the original start time and a suitable slot is available.
- No-shows (or attempts to reschedule after the start time or beyond the single allowed reschedule) are not eligible for a refund.
1.3 Salon-initiated cancellations
- If a salon partner cancels or cannot honour your appointment, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
- Gloziia Support will help with rebooking or suggest alternatives when a partner is unavailable.
2) Refund Processing
- Method: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source. If offered, you may choose Gloziia Wallet/Credits instead.
- Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Bank, UPI, or card network timelines may vary.
- Notification:You'll receive a confirmation via SMS/email once your refund has been initiated.
Additional Notes (where applicable)
- Special services (e.g., bridal, packages, time-blocked sessions): Stricter rules may apply and will be shown at checkout; those terms prevail over this policy for such bookings.
- Offers & coupons:Promotional values aren't paid out in cash. If a refund applies, the discounted amount is refunded, and promo eligibility may be restored subject to validity.
- Fees: Any non-refundable convenience or platform fees (if applicable and disclosed at checkout) are refunded only when the salon cancels.
